At this time, PayPal is our preferred payment method. Don't have PayPal? You can still use your credit card through PayPal without signing up, or you can use Direct Bank Deposit - Please contact me for these details. If you have any questions or would like to discuss an alternative payment method please contact me.   Please note, that items will only be able to be collected or posted once payment has cleared.


Afterpay

Afterpay is not currently a payment method we are able to offer.

Returns and Exchanges

Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

For personalised or custom orders: You will be sent a mock up of your design. Once you have confirmed and accepted the design, due to the nature of our creations, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalised or custom items.

For non-customised items:

Please contact me within 14 days of receipt of your item(s)

All exchanges or return of damaged items must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item.


Shipping

Australian Postage

All postage is via Australian Post with tracking at the customers cost. Ensure your postal address is correct at checkout, items will be sent to the address you have entered. If items are sent to an incorrect address, we cannot claim responsibility for lost or missing items.

Large items may be sent by courier or alternative methods at the customers cost.

At this time, and due to the nature of some of our items, we do not offer international shipping.

Pick up of items is preferred. We are located in Aratula, Queensland.
